Service Description
Taking the first step toward clarity and resolution can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate this journey alone. This 30-minute consultation is an opportunity for you to share your concerns, ask questions, and explore how coaching can support you; whether you're deciding to stay or leave, navigating divorce, educating yourself about the divorce process, improving co-parenting, resolving conflict, or rebuilding after divorce. During our confidential conversation, we'll discuss where you are right now, what challenges you're facing, and what outcomes you hope to achieve. I understand that every situation is deeply personal, and trust is essential. This session is about creating a safe space to gain clarity, reduce uncertainty, and explore a path forward that aligns where your values and needs. By the end of our consultation, you'll have a better understanding of how working with me as your coach can provide practical strategies and emotional support tailored to your unique situation. If we're a good fit, we can discuss next steps for ongoing sessions designed to guide you toward healing, confidence, and resolution. Your next chapter starts with a conversation. Let's begin.
Cancellation Policy
At Christina Riley, we understand that unexpected circumstances arise. While we do not offer cancellations or refunds, we allow rescheduling with at least 24-hour notice of your scheduled time. If you need to change your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new time that works for you. Further details below: Individual Sessions must be paid in advance, are non-refundable, and expire in 3 months. Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture. If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Coach Cancellations: If we need to cancel a session for any reason, we will offer an alternative time or provide credit toward a future session.
